To celebrate the conclusion of the Peace Boomerangs journey we held a celebration function on the 24th of June 2006.
The Peace Boomerang has been a very successful project for the National Rover Council and Australian Rovers. It has been a great success and has raised the profile of Rovering.
The celebration dinner had representatives from each of the states present. There were presentations of the highlights of the Boomerangs travels presented by the National Coordinator and the coordinators for the project from each state. In keeping with the spirit of the project there was a number of other people at the presentation to share in our success.

All of the coordinators from the project that made the project the great success it was.

The National Coordinator Leah Bach gets presented with her thankyou gift and certificate by the NRC Chair Jason Thomson.
